Hagen is making food at the norwegian music mountain festival Vinjerock.
Driving from Trondheim to Vinjerock in Jotunheimen.

Harissa & coconut casserole
2 handfuls cherrytomatoes
1 red onion
1 can coconut cream
1/2 small lager ( beer)
1 dl tbsp tamari
2-3 tbsp harissa or some very hot chillies
Fresh herbs like cilantro or sweet basil
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves. Cut the squash, red onion and cabbage roughly in to big chunks.
2. Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil. Add cherry tomatoes, squash, red onion and cabbage. Leave for at least 5 minutes so you color and some burnt flavour in the dish.
3. Add beer, cook and reduce it for 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk, harissachillf and tamarin and reduce once more 5 minutes
4. Add fresh herbs and serve with some pita bread and falafels.
